In devising training regimens for my clients, I draw on my experience as an athlete and marathon runner, and my experience as a trainer at Equinox. I integrate body-weight exercises, cross-fit, barre, and TRX methods to bring maximum results to clients while keeping workouts fresh and new. I am certified in strength & conditioning training through NASM, and am AED/CPR certified.
