After 12 years working as a fitness coach primarily with women in NYC, I moved to Boston in 2016 with my wife and daughter. As a functional strength coach, my job is to help you function better in your everyday life, whether you want to lose weight, get stronger, reduce pain, eat better, or move better, I'll help you get there.
